Collaborative programmes of Digha Science Centre
- Awareness Programme on AIDS was organised in collaboration with Jana Bijnan Kendra, Balisai & Health Dept. Govt. of West Benagl on 17 December ‘06.
- Digha Science Centre organised Environmental Campaign Programme on 14 and 15 December ‘07, 22 and 23 February ‘08 and 18 March ‘08 in collaboration with WBPCB, Dept. of Environment, Govt. of West Bengal. 199 students and teachers, including those from the underprivileged section, participated.
- Digha Science Centre orgnised a workshop on Remote Sensing & GIS with reference to ‘Natural Hazards Management in the coastal regions of East Midnapore’ on 1 February ‘08. West Bengal State Council of Science & Technology, Govt. of West Bengal was the collaborator.
