Collaborative programmes of DSC, Purulia
- Environmental Campaign programmes for students were organized on 14 and15 November ’07, 15 December ’07 and 28 February ’08 in collaboration with WBPCB, Dept. of Environment, Govt. of West Bengal.
- World Disabled Week was organized jointly by Sarvasiksha Mission & DSC Purulia at District Science Centre, Purulia from 3 to 9 December ‘07
- A Nature Study Camp was organized jointly be West Bengal Pollution Control Board & Birla Industrial & Technological Museum from 15 to 17 December ‘07 at DSC, Purulia & Ayodhya Forest Range Office, Purulia.
- The District level Children Science Congress on the Topic “Food Systems Towards Nutrition For All” was held in the District Science Centre , Purulia , on 17 November ‘07 in joint collaboration with Majhihira Ashram Vidyalaya, Purulia and Science Communicators’ Forum, Kolkata.
- Purulia Municipality, Fight for Purulia and District Science Centre Purulia jointly organized a Health Awareness Programme on AIDS on 2 July ’07.
