BIRLA INDUSTRIAL & TECHNOLOGICAL MUSEUM, a unit under National Council of Science Museums, the parent body of all the science Centres / Museums in India.
For supplementing classroom education, the teachers are trained to prepare teaching aids with easily available, no cost or low cost materials. Usually three TTPs are organised annually by BITM. Schools are requested to contact Education Section at 2287 7241-3 for participation.
Computer Awareness Programme for Adults
Content : Basic idea about computer hardware and software, Microsoft Windows, Acutance with computer operation, Microsoft Office Word, Microsoft Office Excel, Idea of Internet, Website, Webpage, Search Engine, Web browsing, googling, Skyping, Facebook, Email . The programme is intensive and practical oriented.
